Instructions to enroll in dental only:

To enroll in dental only, click the above link and follow the steps below:

1. Enter zip code and date of birth, and click the "Free Dental Quotes" button
2. Choose a dental plan, and click "Buy now"
   
3. Fill out the enrollment information, and click "Save & continue"
   
4. Add dependents if necessary, then click "Save & continue" and follow the steps until completion!

Instructions to enroll in both dental and vision:

To save premium by enrolling in both dental and vision, click the above link and follow the steps below:

1. Enter zip code and date of birth, and click the "Free Dental Quotes" button
2. Choose a dental plan, and click "Buy now"
   
3. Fill out the enrollment information, and click "Save & continue"
   
4. Under the VSP Choice Plan, click "+Add"
   
5. Add dependents if necessary, then click "Save & continue" and follow the steps until completion!
